Chargers and charging
Are your chargers safe to leave on overnight?
Our cables include over-current and short-circuit protection, and most include a PTC fuse. Overnight charging is how most people use them.
Why does my watch charge slower than with the original?
Usually it does not. A slow charge is almost always a weak USB port or dirty contacts.
Can I use a fast phone charger?
Yes. The watch only draws what it needs.
Bands, tips and cases
How do I know my band size?
Each listing names the case sizes it fits, for example 40 or 44 mm for Galaxy Watch.
Are colour pencil tips as smooth as white ones?
Yes. The colour runs through the whole tip, with the same shape and material.

How do I return something?

How do I claim the lifetime replacement?
Through the same order page, with your order details. The store arranges the replacement.
